Stuart Payne has been a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent for 50 years. Stuart's entry into real estate began in the Eastern Suburbs, where he was Sales Manager at L J Hooker Maroubra. He then became Manager of an L J Hooker Branch when they were Company run offices. He established Raine & Horne Maroubra in 1976, had a young family and lived in the Eastern Suburbs before moving his family to Cronulla in 1980. After 12 years the lure of working locally, closer to his 4 young children, made the decision to sell his business easy and he established Burraneer Bay Real Estate over 30 years ago.
In 2019 Stuart decided to move his team and office to the Cronulla Shopping Precinct and commence Luxe Real Estate Agents.
Stuart's love of the Shire, its people and lifestyle is recognised by many who deal with him. It has always been his first priority to look after clients, either as Vendors or Purchasers, to achieve the best results and cherish the friendships made.
Stuart's vast experience in dealing with all facets of real estate from Council Authorities to Government Departments enables him to give sound advice to clients.
Living locally, now with adult children and 8 young grandchildren, Stuart gets great satisfaction when dealing with families in the important decisions of buying and selling real estate.
Away from work he enjoys relaxing with family and friends, playing golf at New South Wales Golf Club where he is a member as well early morning runs with this close friends in Cronulla.
